You've probably seen many brochures that left you scratching your head as to what the company was trying to sell. It is essential that all design work be clean and instantly communicative to get across the value of your company and its services. We do our homework on your company to determine the most valuable benefits you offer your customers—and emphasize those benefits using pictures and text to give an instant communication of your ability to provide what customers are looking for. If your brochures don't make people excited about your products, they need to be updated and improved. Good brochures act as your remote salespeople. We have years of successful brochure designs that have dramatically increased our clients' sales leads and income. View our design samples, then contact us to start your next brochure project.

How do you go about creating a brochure? We will interview your most successful sales people or individuals most familiar with your products to get a list of successful actions and determine who the main audiences (also known as "publics") will be who will purchase your products or services. We also like to have any technical information or surveys you may have on hand, and any past ads or brochures so that we can do our homework on exactly what it is you sell. Once this is determined we create a preliminary design and bounce it back and forth with you until we have a communicative masterpiece. It's always wise at this stage of the game to survey the brochure prior to printing to find out if the brochure actually does attract and interest your intended publics. This saves wasted time and effort, and takes the guess-work out of your promotion.

What kind of brochure is right for my company? Each company is different and a good brochure is tailored for your exact needs. Determining who the brochure will be sent to and what needs to be communicated to that particular audience to gain their acceptance, will govern the type of brochure, its size, number of pages, etc. Of course, we will always be aware of your budget for projects and design the best strategies that will fit with what you need and what you can afford.

How much does a brochure cost? Since each brochure is custom-designed and unique for your company, prices vary considerably. After speaking with you about your needs we will send you a written quote specifying exactly what will be delivered prior to commencing the project. Some of the factors that affect costs include: 1) Research, 2) writing, 3) photography (stock & custom), 4) custom artwork, and 5) logo design. We're working for you so we'll keep an eye on costs and work with you to give you the best product within your budget.

Can you design a brochure by long distance? YES! For example we recently completed a project for a construction company based in Illinois. The owner sent us a CD full of digital photos he'd had taken of his various construction projects along with articles on his work written up in local papers and magazines. After interviewing him extensively we created a brochure design and emailed him a PDF file (an Adobe Acrobat file, see definition) for approval. The brochure was then printed in Florida and shipped to him, and has been getting extremely favorable responses from everyone he and his sales staff show it to. The majority of our clients are located outside of Florida across the U.S. We even have a few in England, the Netherlands and Germany. We create everything from magazines to logos to packaging designs, web sites and brochures for them with no problems.

What if I can't see how I could use a brochure in my business? We will research your company and let you know the most effective promotional materials for you. Most companies need at least a small company brochure that explains and shows what they do—although for some companies a postcard or other printed piece may be better. A company brochure is a great sales tool for handing to a client at the beginning of a sales meeting as it establishes you immediately as professional. Many companies should have a brochure or product sample sheet for each product or service they deliver. These can be used as mailing pieces, handouts at sales meetings and trade show flyers. A brochure can continue to sell for you long after you've ended the sales meeting and acts as your remote salesperson.
